Strategic Alternative Learning Techniques (SALT) is a dedicated organization committed to transforming the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities through innovative vocational training and production programs. Developmental disabilities, including Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, intellectual impairments, autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and severe epilepsy, often referred to as unseen disabilities, present unique challenges. SALT is a registered NGO (Registration Number: 00NGO/R/1855) and operates the SALT Special Vocational Training Centre (VTC) (Registration Number: REG/NACTVET/VTC/0853), a facility designed to harness and develop the unique abilities of these individuals. ​
